‘Jollof sauce’

Jollof is a West African stew blend of red bell pepper, tomato puree,chilli, spices and herbs. Cut Jollof cooking time in half by using our ready-made sauce for Jollof rice. Our Jollof sauce takes plain rice to ‘Party rice’ in minutes with flavours so good you’ll want to chop food in seconds. Or for added twist, add the sauce to pasta or choice of vegetables.

INGREDIENTS
Red bell pepper, tomato puree, scotch bonnet, onion, ginger, garlic, curry powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Mustard, Bengal Gram, cumin, Chilli, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, Fennel), white pepper, thyme, bay leave, sea salt, vegetable oil and citric acid.
