WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier maybe manage our inventory and
will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £70 within the UK and £170 for international delivery.
Non-sale items only.

Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

Orders get shipped out on Business days, Monday - to Friday.
The order MUST be placed by noon UK time to ensure the Next Day delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Please note

If you’re not obsessed with your Amazin Apparels purchase, you may exchange or return it. But, Items marked as Final Sale or on Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deals are eligible for an exchange of size ONLY if the size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable.

Bodysuits CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear bottoms CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING IF APPLICABLE. THERE NEEDS TO BE NO EVIDENCE OF STAINS OR ODOURS, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN GOODS BEING SENT BACK.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty order, don't hesitate to contact us.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packed well to avoid any damage during transit.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage if you need to contact us about your return.
You will receive an email from our team within two business days.

We DO NOT provide FREE RETURNS.
International orders will receive instructions on where to ship their return. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover return fees for International Orders.
Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process it.
If it's an exchange, our team will process the exchange and create a new order. You won't have to do anything.

CONDITIONS
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.
Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.
